DONALD L. KINGETT, Esq., CPA, M.S. Tax, LL.M. Tax

 

Mr. Kingett earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Rider University and his Masters Degree in Taxation from Drexel University.

He received his law degree from Rutgers University – Camden School of Law and his post-doctorate degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Kingett is of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is licensed to appear before the United States Tax Court. He is also a former member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Kingett has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1987 and his areas of expertise include elder law, Medicaid planning, wills and trusts, asset protection planning and business succession planning.

He is the author of “Exclusion of Gain on Sale of a Principal Residence – Does the TRA of 1997 Provide an Opportunity for Trustees?” published in NAB Talk and has presented tax and estate planning lectures to the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and various New Jersey Bar Associations.
